ABOUT THE ROLE ** As a Peripatetic Nurse (RGNRMN) at Barchester, youll travel across yourregion to deliver the high clinical standards were known for. You canexpect a wide range of responsibilities, from making sure new residents aresettling in, to helping advance your team members skills, and developing careplans that are tailored to our residents physical and mental needs. As aPeripatetic Nurse,
youll have the freedom and autonomy to do things the rightway and be truly valued and respected for what you do. ABOUT YOU ** To join us as a Peripatetic Nurse, youll need to be a Registered Nurse(RGNRMN) with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring orsupervision qualification.
A strong, up-to-date clinical knowledge isimportant, as is a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, includingthe safe administration of medicines, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines, and NMCstandards. Well also look for a successful track record of producing careplans and detailed risk assessments. Dedicated and ambitious, youll be ableto lead by example your can-do approach and excellent communication skillswill motivate the teams in each Barchester care home you work with.
