Kitchen Team - Pontypridd At Lounge you'll be joining a team of real people who love real cooking - fresh, customer led, and with high-quality ingredients. As Kitchen Assistant, you'll be making sure all kitchen cleaning and food preparation standards are top notch, supporting our team of talented chefs to make sure every customer leaves happy.
It's pretty simple. Without you, the kitchen just doesn't operate properly. You'll support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of a clean and well organised kitchen, and jump in when needed to help the rest of the team deliver freshly cooked food on-spec, on-time, every time.

What you'll bring A natural talent and passion for hospitality. Extremely driven and relentless at overcoming challenges or obstacles. Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Self-motivator working at pace with limited supervision whilst adhering to pressure and timescales.
