etc.What will you be doing as a Business Development Manager?Building and maintaining a pipeline through prospecting and lead generation
Developing and maintaining relationships with prospects through multiple communication channels
Identifying new business opportunities and working with cross-functional teams to develop proposals
Analysing pricing and market trends to ensure competitive and profitable pricing
Using industry insights to inform prospects and identify their pain points
Reporting on performance metrics to ensure goals are met
Writing bids and tenders
Maintaining records and documentation compliantly
Meeting prospects in person once familiar with the industry and regulatory framework
Who are we looking for?Someone with:Proven experience in Business Development using consultative selling methodsA solid understanding of the sales process and effective funnel management
The ability to make commercial decisions and close dealsA passion for speaking with people and embracing the challenge of outbound telesales
Strong target-driven mindset and a consultative approach to building rapport with clients
Experience with writing tenders and presentations (highly desirable)Experience working with large clients and managing longer sales cycles
