More about your role
To lead the use of data and reporting across the Developments business to enhance the services we provide customers and colleagues, improve the financial performance of our assets and make it easier for our colleagues to do their jobs.
Lead across the Developments team, to transform our understanding of customers and operations, and to embed data driven decisions. The role requires hands on leadership through the start up phase into a mature Developments capability. Establish operational excellence across insights, analytics and ultimately data science that will use data to make available actionable insights and deliver improved understanding

Proven track record of enhancing the customer experience and delivering financial returns through data driven decisions whilst working in a strategic leadership role in a blue chip or large, complex and diverse organisation.
Proven track record in insight, analysis and modelling and ensuring business intelligence,
data visualisation or insights services meet organizational requirements
