Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst
Location: London, United Kingdom
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000
I'm working with a fantastic client who is looking for a talented Supply Chain Analyst to join their dynamic and innovative team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, optimising processes, and making a real impact on the efficiency of supply chain operations.
The Role:
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analysing supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operations. You’ll play a key role in optimising inventory levels, reducing costs,
and ensuring that the supply chain operates smoothly to meet the company’s objectives. If you enjoy problem-solving and have a passion for data, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimisation.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to improve inventory management and forecasting.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure the timely delivery of products.
- Develop and maintain reports to track supply chain performance metrics.
- Support the implementation of supply chain software and tools.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
- Assist in demand planning and capacity forecasting.
- Work on ad-hoc projects to support the business in achieving its strategic goals.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a supply chain, logistics, or operations role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
- Proficiency in Excel and supply chain management software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
