We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and qualified teacher to join a thriving Humanities department in a successful and vibrant secondary school in Hounslow. About the Role:
- You will be responsible for delivering engaging and stimulating History lessons across the curriculum, with a focus on A-Level teaching.
- You will create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported in reaching their full potential.
- You will be a resourceful and adaptable teacher,
utilising a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
- Contributing to the wider school life is a key part of this role, and you will be encouraged to participate in the school's thriving extra-curricular programme and initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong track record in teaching History.
- A passion for the subject and the ability to ignite a similar passion in your students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- The ability to contribute to the school's extra-curricular programme is desirable.
