Capita Pensions Solutions is looking to recruit a Digital Engagement Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. The Digital Engagement Manager will spearhead our communications and engagement strategies, ensuring alignment with our business priorities. This role provides significant autonomy, empowering the Manager to make strategic decisions within established guidelines and frameworks. The successful candidate will lead a program and/or team, overseeing their work and fostering their professional growth. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

home based with travel to Darlington and Sheffield as and when necessary

Job Description:
What you'll be doing:
- Providing strategic counsel to senior leaders.
- Being responsible for managing and cultivating a team.
- Planning, writing and producing high quality, engaging content for a variety of communications channels, including web and social media channels.
- Taking responsibility for data management and maintenance of the client website and email engagement.
- Monitoring and evaluating communications and engagement activities and redefining to meet requirements as necessary.
- Developing and executing comprehensive, integrated strategies to support corporate, divisional, functional and shared service priorities.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to manage and contain reputational risk.
- Owning the narrative that supports the business priorities.
- Developing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders (internal and external)
to ensure a comprehensive and joined-up approach to communications and engagement.
- Providing a reliable point of contact for all communication queries.

- Proven track record in the delivery of high-impact communications and engagement to deliver desired business outcomes.
- Demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Authority and confidence to effectively challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
- Sound business acumen, good organisational awareness and strategic approach to problem solving.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build constructive and collaborative relationships to advise business leaders.
- Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
- Highly responsive,
proactive and ability to see the bigger picture impact.
- Proactive and curious - obsessive in identifying opportunities and making them happen.
