People Project Manager - 12-months Fixed Term Contract
Salary up to £80,000
We have an exciting opportunity for a People Project Manager to support delivery of the people transformation plan of a large multi-year business change programme in the General Insurance business.
A bit about the job:
This role focuses on the people side of business change supporting the business as it adapts to changes in technology, processes, and systems over the next few years.
Reporting to the Head of People Transformation you will be expected to collaborate with the transformation programme team, People workstream leads, and the broader People function to develop and manage delivery of the plan.
This role will support the People Lead to further develop the people plan for a large business change programme, and manage day to day execution of the project, ensuring it delivers to quality, time and budget, and in compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations.
Aviva operates a "smart-working" policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office, and this role is based in London.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- HR transformation background from a large organisation or consultancy.
- Demonstrable experience of project managing the people workstream of business change programmes in complex organisations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Project management qualifications are advantageous.
- Excellent planning, organisational skills and an eye for detail.

- Starting salary up to £80,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications)
