General Manager, the Facilities & Office Manager is an integral part of the day-to-day operation at Frameless. Responsible for the overall presentation of our venue, including back-of-house areas, the Facilities & Office Manager will lead on our Health and Safety compliance and ensure the venue is well-maintained and operating to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Day-to-responsibility for the effective operation and maintenance of all venue facilities (incl. HVAC, power, lighting, lifts, telecoms, escalators, etc.) Plan and coordinate all refurbishments and maintenance (liaising with the in-house AV Tech. Team as appropriate)





Ensure that third-party maintenance and service agreements are fit for purpose and being delivered Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards and government regulations Inspect buildings’ structures and fittings to determine the need for repairs or renovations Ongoing review of utilities consumption to minimise costs Supervise all external facilities contractors when attending the venue Stakeholder relationship management with the landlord and local service/security providers Ensure all contractors are operating safely, to a high standard and within agreed SLA’s Control activities such as waste disposal, building security, etc.

Ensure that all insurances, certifications,





licensing and service contracts are in place Keep financial and non-financial records Perform analysis and forecasting with accountability for the maintenance budgetLine Management of the external cleaning team as well as our in-house maintenance subcontractor Coordinate maintenance and repair works with the in-house AV Tech. Team Lead on internal safety audits and approval of RAMS (especially in relation to third parties providing services during events).

Working as appropriately with the in-house AV Tech. Team Additional Main Duties – Office Management Ensure the office areas remain clean, well-maintained and fully functional Assist with filing,





record-keeping and database maintenance Assist with Company Inductions for all new employees Lead on-site inductions for external contractors and suppliers, where necessary Order and monitor company consumables, including stocking the office kitchenette Key contact for all IT support (provided by third party supplier) and the link to the AV Tech.

installations Manage meeting room booking processes and assist with external meeting setups, when requested Support the Senior Management team, on an ad hoc basis About You

Good time management Eye for detail Confidential by nature Practical Problem solving RequirementsMinimum of 3 years’ experience working in a similar role Health and Safety certifications are a must, NEBOSH preferred Competent to create and understand internal RAMS for the business, as well as approve external RAMS submitted by third-party event/special project contractors Confident people person, with strong negotiation skills Deep understanding of relevant regulations and specifications to support compliance across the business What
