A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an 18-month secondment to the post of Team Support Worker, ME8 (£32,925 - £33,957 per annum), in the Children and Family Hub, Help and Assessment, Children Social Care.
We are looking for candidates with strong administration and IT skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive, confidential information in a professional manner while working under pressure.
It is essential that you are skilled and confident in maintaining, updating records and tracking progress through detailed Outlook records, database records and Excel spreadsheets.
As a Team Support Worker, you will provide essential support to your team as well as covering key aspects of administrative business support to the whole Service/Division when required. You will be working alongside colleagues, Team Managers, Social Workers, Service Managers and Business Support Manager.
You will need to prioritise your workload and have passion to learn and support team members with a wide variety of tasks. You will need to be proactive and efficient to ensure tasks are completed accurately and within specified timescales.
We offer flexible working, and you will need to attend the office twice a week.
