About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join us in the new brokerage function – The Community Resource (Brokerage) Team – Full Time.

What will you be doing?

Provide operational services within the Community Resource team for all North Northamptonshire Council provider packages, to include community and acute for all adults over 18 years.

Provide quality assurance to social care requests using a strength based model.

Provide an effective,





person focused support service to internal and external colleagues, to be responsive and a pro-active communicator

About you

You will be a motivated individual that is passionate about finding the right support for the individual we broker services for.

The closing date is the end of the day Monday 21st October 2024 and interviews are due to take place week commencing 28th October 2024
