We are currently recruiting for a General Manager at Thales Belfast.

Location : Thales

Rate of pay : £35,360.00 per annum

Working pattern : 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Key responsibilities

- Management : Ensure the overall efficient and effective management of the contract, delivering high-quality and consistent catering services across all areas.
- Client Relationships :





Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Planning : Smoothly plan and allocate resources to deliver first-class service to clients and customers.
- Team Leadership : Manage, recruit, develop, and train team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Compliance : Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Financial Management : Deliver on the agreed financial budget, managing the operation in line with the budget
- Clerical duties associated with the efficient running of the unit , including record keeping and cash handling.
