You will be responsible for performance reviews, learning and development, and employee retention while also improving existing processes and procedures while collaborating with key stakeholders across the business.
This role will actively participate in translating business plans into talent, engagement, and organization plans. - Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters including talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.
- Manage employee relations issues, investigations,
and resolutions in a timely and effective manner.- Implement HR initiatives and programs that enhance employee productivity, engagement, and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices.- Conduct HR analytics and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Minimum Qualifications - Major in Law or a related field; - 5 years of HRBP experience or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on Employee Relations;
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices;- Strong experience in partnering with various key stakeholders and being an effective team player;
- Able to make good judgement for sensitive, complex and / or ambiguous situations;- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills;
- Able to handle confidential information in a professional manner and escalate issues where appropriate. Preferred Qualifications- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Able to work successfully within ambiguity and within a complex, fast paced and challenging business environment.
