What you'll be doing
We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to join our dynamic awards marketing team. Reporting to the VP of Licencing & Partnerships, you will have a background in email marketing with a focus on B2B copywriting, campaign management, and optimisation.

Main Responsibilities...
- Copywriting : Craft compelling and engaging copy for email campaigns that resonate with our B2B audience.
- Campaign Management : Develop and launch new email marketing campaigns, including the design and structure of emails, with a focus on driving award entries and awareness.
- Email Building :
Develop emails across platforms ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Data Management : Manage accurate email lists and segment data to target specific audience groups effectively.
- Support Marketing Managers : work across markets to support the marketing managers on their awards and campaigns.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve
- Experience in email or digital marketing, with emphasis on copywriting and campaign execution
- Expertise in creating and optimising B2B email campaigns
- Proficient in using email building and CMS software
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions
- Manage and segment data
- Copywriting skills and creativity

The expected range for this role is £26,000 - £30,000
This is a Hybrid role from our London Paddington Office, working three days from the office, two from home
