Job overview

We are dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of many complex illnesses and specialise in women’s health and the treatment of cancer, infection, neurological, gastrointestinal and oral disease.

World class support services include critical care, imaging, nuclear medicine and pathology.

This post is based in the Telemetry Unit at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN) in Queen Square,

The NHNN receives secondary, tertiary and quaternary referrals from across the UK and internationally.

This vacancy may close before the current listed closing date. You are advised not to delay submitting your completed application.

Main duties of the job

The role of Administration Coordinator is an integral part of the multidisciplinary team working in Neurology’s 7-bed Telemetry Unit and combines administration supporting the clinical physiologists with ward admin support for the nurses when required.

The post holder is also required to support the line manager with booking admissions,

The post holder will also be involved in the developing home video-telemetry service.

The post holder will be required to work closely with other members of the administrative team and clinical teams, including managers, administrators, nursing and medical staff, allied health professionals and support workers.
