Job Description
The successful Assistant Client Accountant will be responsible for :
- Monthly reconciliation of client bank accounts
- Dealing with receipts
- Assisting with service charge year-end accounts
- Quarterly Variance Reports
- Assisting with monthly client reporting
- Handling supplier queries
- Setting up new managements on Qube
- Any other duties that may be necessary to ensure the smooth running of the department
The Successful Applicant
The successful Assistant Client Accountant will have :
- Experience working in property
- Accounting and Finance degree
- 1-3 years of experience
- Service charge experience
- knowledge of the current QUBE (MRI) accounts system (essential)
