Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Opportunity - Croydon Secondary School

About the Role :
- Support teachers in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons across various subjects.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to plan, develop,
and implement learning resources.
- Provide individualized support to students, catering to their specific needs and learning styles.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and achievement.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to inform teaching strategies.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to further enhance your skills and knowledge.
About You :
- A minimum of Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and experience working in a secondary school setting is essential.
- A strong passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting student learning.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- The ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
- A commitment to creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
