Job Title : SEN Teaching Assistant

Location : Tower Hamlets

Salary : £80 - £100 per day

Start Date : ASAP

Contract Type : Long Term

Working Hours : 08 : 30 am to 03 : 45 pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide personalized and small group support to students with SEN.
- Assist in crafting and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster an inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Assist with classroom management and behavior support.

Requirements for a SEN TA :

- Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
