Lex Consultancy is excited to be partnered with a corporate services firm who are rapidly expanding their operations into the Irish market and are seeking to hire an experienced Company Secretary.
This role offers autonomy and is perfect for someone seeking to progress to the next stage in their career, with a passion for influencing the strategic direction of a new Irish corporate governance venture.
This position offers a competitive salary and package as well as a lot of flexibility with the team set up fully remote .
Key responsibilities of the Senior Company Secretary :
- Identify opportunities with potential future clients and build long-term relationships
- Design and implement high-quality,
efficient corporate governance frameworks tailored to client needs
- Contribute to business development initiatives, enhancing both personal and business profiles
- Oversee disclosure and reporting requirements, staying updated on legislative and regulatory developments
- Establish systems and processes to support the Board and address all corporate governance and company secretarial matters
Key skills of the Senior Company Secretary :
- Minimum of 4+ year’s relevant experience in a company secretarial role
- Capable of working independently
- ICSA qualified or part qualified in relevant qualification
