We are seeking a dynamic Account Director to join our LeSHOP team in providing maternity cover for the UK lead on the Elida Beauty account.

About Elida Beauty, DHub, and LeSHOP : Elida Beauty, a passionate beauty organization, is re-founding iconic beauty brands like BedHead, Q-tips, Timotei, Caress, and V05.
You will be part of LeSHOP, a creative agency focused on brand building in the commerce space, and DHub, the multiagency team dedicated to Elida Beauty.
DHub aims to revolutionize how beauty brands connect with consumers by providing end-to-end capabilities across media, commerce, production, PR, and more.
Job Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute advertising and marketing strategies for Elida Beauty.
- Lead and inspire teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliver exceptional results.
- Identify growth opportunities, present new ideas to clients, and drive revenue generation.
- Partner with key stakeholders to set and manage client account expectations
- Ensure quality, strategy, and integrity in all services delivered to cultivate client loyalty and retention.
- Manage profit and loss responsibilities, financial forecasting, and resource mobilization.
- Develop clear communication strategies on client and brand strategies.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership skills in collaborative environments
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to build long-term relationships
- Strategic thinker with decision-making capabilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of media, social platforms, and new technologies
- Experience working across media, digital, shopper, PR, and consumer-facing brands
