Job Summary :
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, business development, networking and being a spokesperson for the brand, increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
This role requires a proactive individual with a proven sales record who will be the face of the company and a spokesperson with an enthusiastic sex positive attitude.
An understanding and experience in Social Media Marketing, media buying, PR and to a lesser degree SEO will be essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Be a spokesperson for the brand.
- Contact potential partner sites and establish collaborative agreements.
- Engage with clients and members to onboard to the platform.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
- Participate in SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase conversions.
- Help Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram,
and others.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
What you need to be successful :
- A sex positive attitude
- Demonstrated experience in growing social media presence, engagement.
- Experienced in collaborative agreements with external sources.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Understanding how to measure success
