We want our Front of House Team Members to be great team players! You don’t need any experience to join as a Front of House Team Member as we will teach you the rest.

We want you to be able to connect with the team and deliver a great experience to our guests.

As a Front of House Team Member your primary role is to welcome and engage every guest, ensure the highest quality of service!

If its live it’s on, and we are the place to watch it. Situated on York riverside in the centre of York, The Tank and Paddle has a great outside balcony area overlooking the river that is a real sun trap for those summer days and nights.

Homed in a former merchants building, this is a cool, vintage styled craft beer pub, with real industrial charm. Our drinks menu showcases regional brews, trendy craft beers and cask ales.

We also offer a wide range of gins that include regional favourites.





We have a great food including pizzas, burgers, small plates and sharers which makes this a great place for our guests to relax and have fun with family and friends.

With weekly quizzes, bottomless brunch, live music and live sports viewing facilities, we have something for all our guests.
