- A qualified SEN Teacher with a passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs and a strong commitment to inclusive education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, LSAs, parents, and other professionals.
- A deep understanding of SEN legislation, frameworks, and a variety of teaching strategies specifically tailored to SEN learners.
- The ability to build trusting relationships with students, identify their individual needs and learning styles, and provide tailored support to empower their academic, social, and emotional growth.
