Key Responsibilities :
- Leadership : Inspire and lead the nursery team to achieve excellence in early years education.
- Quality Assurance : Maintain the highest standards of care and education.
- Team Development : Foster a supportive and engaging workplace that encourages staff development.
- Stakeholder Relationships : Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, parents, team members, and central office colleagues.
- Communication : Promote team and brand values through effective communication and teamwork.
- Operational Management : Participate in monthly meetings at the central office or other nursery settings as needed.
About You :
- Qualifications : Level 6 or 7 qualification in Early Years, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role within an early years environment.
- Skills : Excellent communication skills, confidentiality, and strong relationship-building capabilities.
- Attitude :
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for teamwork and collaboration.
- Flexibility : Willingness and ability to travel for monthly meetings.
- Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to obtain a satisfactory DBS.
