Job Description
- Providing legal support to a busy and diverse property team
- Assisting with residential and commercial property transactions
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other professionals
- Managing and organising case files
- Complying with regulatory requirements and internal processes
- Assisting with business development activities
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to the firm's strategy
The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Real Estate Paralegal should have :
- A degree in Law or equivalent legal qualifications
- 1 year experience minimum as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proactive and problem-solving approach
- High level of organisation and attention to detail
