Job Title : Complex Needs Project Worker!

Location : Camden

Salary : £14.00 per hour holiday pay

Contract : Temporary (3-6 months, possible extension)

Working Hours : 37.5 hours / week on a rota (early shifts : 8AM - 4PM, late shifts : 2 : 30PM - 10 : 30PM), Monday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage 9 clients, create Support Plans, and conduct assessments.
- Respond to referrals and identify care pathways.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and support agencies.
- Assist residents with benefits, rent collection, and budgeting.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues, conduct housing checks.
- Respond to challenges in a psychologically-informed manner.

Requirements :







- Experience with complex needs clients.
- Understanding of residential support services.
- Strong assessment and support planning skills.
- Ability to handle crises and complex situations.
- Knowledge of Strengths and Recovery model and PIE.
- Proficient IT skills.
