Senior Sous Chef High-End Quality Food
Are you a Senior Sous with a passion for creating ethe most quality dishes? We are on the hunt for a talented and Senior Sous Chef to elevate our team at a prestigious, high-end establishment looking to make its mark in the London food Scene with focusing quality and innovative cuisine.
In this pivotal role, you will :
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to craft and maintain food quality and presentation.
- Take charge of the kitchen operations in the Executive Chef’s absence, ensuring every dish meets our impeccable standards.
- Uphold the highest food safety regulations, creating a safe and pristine work environment.
- Stay ahead of culinary trends and incorporate them into the ever-evolving menu.
- Conduct stock takes and manage inventory to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
- Mentor and inspire our junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and creativity.
- Assist with essential administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What we’re looking for :
- Experience : 2+ years in a similar role, with a proven track record in high-end dining.
- Expertise : Deep knowledge of food safety regulations, market trends, and the ability to craft innovative, mouth-watering dishes.
- Leadership : Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Skills : Proficiency in administrative tasks and basic computer skills.
What’s on offer :
Salary : £50,000 to £55,000
