This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students, starting in September 2024 .

The Role :
In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for :
- Providing strategic direction and vision for the English department, ensuring a stimulating and rigorous curriculum aligns with national guidelines.
- Inspiring and motivating a team of talented English teachers to deliver exceptional learning experiences.
- Championing innovative teaching methods and fostering a culture of continuous professional development within the department.
- Monitoring student progress, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to ensure consistently high academic outcomes.
- Leading on departmental initiatives and liaising effectively with other departments within the school.
