The CDM Advisor Role

The successful CDM Advisor will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and promoting best practices in health and safety across a diverse range of projects.

Working within a team of experts, you will provide comprehensive CDM and health and safety advisory services from project inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise clients on their duties under CDM regulations.






- Prepare and review pre-construction information, construction phase plans, and health and safety files.
- Conduct design risk assessments and implement hazard elimination strategies.
- Perform site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
- Deliver CDM and health and safety training sessions to clients and project teams.
- Support the integration of health and safety principles into the design and construction processes.

The CDM Advisor

- Degree in a construction-related field.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Membership with IOSH or APS is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in providing CDM and health and safety consultancy services.
- Thorough understanding of CDM regulations and health and safety practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using relevant software and tools.
