Are you a teaching assistant with Secondary school experience? If you are a teaching assistant who builds positive relationships with the children and has strong behaviour management, this is the role for you!
A Secondary school in Vale of White Horse are looking for a teaching assistant to work with groups of children in the classroom and support them with accessing the curriculum.
As a teaching assistant you will show strong pastoral and emotional skills for your pupils, as well as being able to explain and unpick learning in a way that pupils in your group can understand.
Key Responsibilities for a Teaching Assistant :
- Team up with the lead teacher to bring lessons to life in a creative and engaging way
- Assist to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere for students
- Ability to adapt to the ever changing needs of the students
- Assisting the teacher with daily tasks
