Demi Chef de Partie
Are you a Commis Chef looking for the next step and a new experience?
We are recruiting for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our brigade at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden. This is the perfect next step for a Commis Chef looking to progress their career.
This is a full time role working 40 hours per week from 8am - 4.30pm plus additional paid overtime for events.
You’ll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you’ll continually learn and develop, and have the opportunity to join our Level 3 Chef Apprenticeship if you would like to.
As a Demi Chef de Partie you will :
- Prepare, cook and present dishes within your speciality.
- Support and mentor / train any Commis Chefs in the brigade
- Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef to develop new dishes and menus.
- Ensure you and your team have highest of standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health and safety.
