Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with all HR life cycle activities and maintain personnel records, including immigration and right-to-work information.
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and manage staff changes and communications.
- Support HR Operations Manager with various HR projects and manage staff queries and expectations.
- Use HR information systems to access, input, and compile data.
- Review and update job descriptions.
- Maintain compliance with employee right-to-work and immigration responsibilities.
- Support the delivery of cultural initiatives and respond to employee engagement surveys.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Candidate :
- Degree qualified or equivalent HR experience.
- Proven track record in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
- Strong Microsoft Excel or Power BI skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
