Role Overview : We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Fitness Experience Team. As a team member,
you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members receive exceptional service and support in achieving their fitness goals.
This role involves a combination of direct member interaction, personalised fitness guidance, and maintaining the high standards of our fitness facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Member Interaction : Greet and engage with members, offering assistance and ensuring they feel welcome and supported.
- Fitness Guidance : Provide personalised fitness advice and support, helping members with their workouts and ensuring they use equipment safely and effectively.
- Class Instruction : Lead or assist with fitness classes and group training sessions, catering to a range of fitness levels and interests.
- Facility Maintenance : Ensure all fitness areas and equipment are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety standards.
- Program Promotion : Promote and encourage participation in club fitness programs, classes, and events.
- Feedback Collection : Actively seek and respond to member feedback,
helping to continually improve the fitness experience.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the fitness management team and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and high-quality service.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Previous experience in a fitness or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
- Certification : Relevant fitness qualifications (e.g., personal training, group fitness instruction) are a plus.
- Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Passion : A genuine enthusiasm for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Flexibility : Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- Team Player :
A collaborative attitude and willingness to assist team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
