Role description :
Due to significant growth in the Arcadis Defence sector, we are recruiting for positions working alongside our client organisation and in client-side roles, to deliver a wide range of high-profile buildings projects.
Due to the nature of these projects,
existing BPSS clearance or the ability to pass BPSS security clearance is essential.
Role accountabilities :
In this role, youll be responsible for managing technical aspects of small projects or components of larger projects, meeting financial, quality and timeframe objectives and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
You will work collaboratively with other design disciplines to ensure the integration of the overall design or solution and youll participate in the development of technical proposals.
You will also present technical solutions to clients.
As a Senior Engineer, you will lead reviews of project deliverables on behalf on the electrical engineering discipline and youll be expected to manage project teams of up to 5 people, ensuring work is allocated appropriately, resources are fully utilised and that any issues are resolved.
Qualifications & Experience :

- BSc / BEng or MSc / MEng in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Chartered Engineer (CEng)
- Previous relevant experience in a consultancy environment
- Previous experience working on Nuclear or Defence projects preferable
- Capability to provide electrical building services expertise
- Existing BPSS clearance or the ability to pass BPSS security clearance is essential.
