Job Title : SEN Tutor
Location : Redbridge
Salary : £25-£30 per hour (based on experience)
Start date : September 2024
GSL Education London is seeking a qualified and experienced SEN Tutor to provide tailored English and Maths tuition to students with SEN.
As a SEN Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalised learning experiences that cater to the individual needs and learning styles of our students.

Key Responsibilities :
- Provide one-on-one and small group tuition sessions in English and Maths to students with SEN.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans based on students' specific educational needs and goals.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage and support students in their learning journey.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and school staff.
- Collaborate with SENCOs, teachers, and parents to ensure a coordinated approach to student support and development.
Requirements :
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Proven experience in teaching English and Maths, preferably in an SEN setting.
- Strong knowledge of SEN support strategies and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and establish a positive learning environment.
- Commitment to promoting inclusivity and empowering students with SEN to achieve their academic potential.
