Job Description
The main duties involved in the Middle Office Analyst position involveIndependently execute transactions and resolve problems with recordkeeping, accounting, trade platform and / or pricing system with minimal guidance.
Serve as a subject matter expert on primary job functions.Build new investments,
follow compliance rules, and ensure readiness for trading, reconciliation, settlement, client reporting and / or pricing process.
Identify and resolve issues associated with client data, trade breaks, reconciliation breaks, and / or compliance breaches.
Prepare reports and maintain controls in alignment with internal policies and clients' needs.Participate in projects and / or progress towards becoming lead.
Recommend, research, test, document and / or progress towards becoming lead on system changes
The Successful Applicant
The pre-requisites for the Middle Office Analyst include : Experience within Asset Management, Fund Management or Fund Administration Full trade life cycle events start to finish-booking trades, confirmations, settlements, reconciliations, corporate actionsMinimum 1 year experience doing trade life cycle events start to finish
