We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef de Partie to join us at the iconic Royal Albert Hall.
Managed by Rhubarb Hospitality Collection, the Royal Albert Hall operation consists of 3 restaurants, 14 bars, 1 retail outlet, 147 hospitality boxes and events for up to 2000 people at a time.
We’re now looking for a talentedPastry Chef de Partie to join our purpose-built pastry kitchen working with a lovely team led by an incredible Executive Pastry Chef.
As a Pastry Chef de Partie you will be creating delicious treats such as cakes, petit fours, muffins,
afternoon tea's and plated desserts ranging from sweet and simple to fine and advanced.
The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will have exposure to high end restaurants or events within a pastry kitchen.
We're also looking for a Pastry Commis Chef - if you have less experience but are keen to learn and develop with a great team, we'd love to hear from you too!
