Senior BD & Marketing Manager (FTC)
Our client is a magic circle firm who are looking for a Senior BDM Manager to come in and lead their litigation, arbitration, and investigations (LAI) BDM team.

The Role
As a Senior BD & Marketing Manager heading up the LAI team, you will be strongly supported by the team, so that you can guide and support partners and associates, regarding BDM plans and initiatives.
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
- Leading and developing the London team, whilst guiding the global LAI-focused BDM teams
- Building a robust personal network and heading collaborative efforts across the firm
- Planning and executing client targeting initiatives, ensuring LAI is firmly integrated into the enterprise client program.
- Formulate strategies to elevate the firm's profile.
- Pushing London associate participation in BD activities.
- Optimising team efficiency and effectiveness, utilising the firm's systems and processes.
- Collaborating with the broader team (events,
client communications, external / internal communications, digital, pitch team) to manage deliverables.
- Leading BDM activities for International Arbitration.
- Working with senior team members to drive and support London-based functional priorities.
About You
To be considered for this role, you should have :
- Confidence in advising at partner level, with senior manager experience
- Proven experience in developing and leading teams
- The ability to be proactive in moving work forward and taking ownership of delivery
- Organisational skills, and be able to effectively prioritise and manage time
- Knowledge of disputes (preferable)
