Job description
Are you a senior post trade services technology product leader with an entrepreneurial streak, who would relish the opportunity and challenge of the lead product management role for a new custody platform build set to disrupt the traditional investment banking model?
Our client is a new wave’ digital investment bank, a new disruptive capital markets fintech building its own platform infrastructure to streamline its front to back office trading processes, aswell as primary issuance and distribution through to custody and securities services etc.
In order to help realise their ambitions they’re appointing a Senior Product Manager with strong domain expertise in post trade processing to build out their custody / securities services market infrastructure.
As a key member of the product team you’ll be the lead product manager owning’ the post trade product roadmap, shaping the product vision, strategy and of course building the platform.
This is a key appointment at a critical stage for our client, so they are looking for a proven post trade services / custody product development and management professional who :
Has strong post trade processing technology product leadership experience gained at either a technology provider, custodian bank, securities administrator or CSD etc.
Can show a proven ability to execute a product strategy, designing and owning a product development process.
Happy to get hands on’ in a high growth fintech a couple years into its journey, so besides the strategic you’ll also be happy getting stuck in’ writing functional requirements for the software engineering team.
A collaborative and influential communication style, and skilled at stakeholder management.
Commercially minded, able to link everything back to business outcomes.
