Job description
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.
- Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities through financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence.
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate internally, and with external advisors to execute transactions and manage portfolio investments effectively.
Requirements :
- 2+ Years’ Private Equity (Growth or Buyout) Experience. Applicants from M&A; banking or consultancy will NOT be considered.
- You MUST have relevant transaction experience within healthcare.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Excellent written and verbalmunication skills, with the ability to presentplex ideas effectively.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for the healthcare sector and a desire to contribute to the success of innovative healthcarepanies.
- You MUST reside in the UK, with full working rights.
