Role : Rotational Clinical Pharmacist (Cardiac & Respiratory)
Banding : Band 6
Location : London
Start Date : ASAP
Duration : 3 Months from start date
Working Pattern : Full-time, Monday Friday (with late duties, on-call and weekend shift work required).
Rate : £23 £29 per hour
About the role :
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our hospital’s pharmacy services and lead a dedicated team.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support clinical trial activities.
- Oversee the preparation and dispensing of investigational medicinal products.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of clinical trial activities.
- Deliver a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to the cardiac and respiratory wards in collaboration with the Senior Specialist Pharmacist.
- Promote and contribute to the education and training of pharmacy staff and other clinical staff rotating or working on the specialist wards.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Essential :
- Up to date GPhC registration.
- Relevant Pharmacy qualification.
- Proven experience in a hospital setting.
- Desirable : Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills.Commitment to providing excellent patient care.
