We are a specialist recruitment agency with over 20 years of experience in the education and finance field, is currently seeking a Science teacher for a fantastic school in Brent.

Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons to students.
- Assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and supports the individual needs of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement improvements to the Science curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of students' achievements, attendance, and behaviour.
- Communicate regularly with parents / guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and address any concerns.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to contribute to the wider school community.
Requirements
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant academic qualifications in Science or a related field.
- Experience teaching Science at the primary or secondary level.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Science curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, colleagues, and parents / guardians.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to engage in ongoing learning and training.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and deliver lessons and assess student progress.
