Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to students using a range of teaching strategies and resources.
- Create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behaviour.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and best practices in English teaching.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience as an English teacher, preferably in a primary or secondary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for education.
