Role Overview :
As a Customer Service Representative , you will be responsible for engaging directly with customers at our retail and event locations, delivering exceptional service, and guiding them through the sales process.
Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing product information, and driving sales.
This position offers the opportunity to develop your sales and customer service skills in a fast-paced and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interact directly with customers , providing friendly, professional service and building rapport to understand their needs.
- Present and explain products and services , tailoring your approach to each customer to drive engagement and sales opportunities.
- Assist customers through the sales process , ensuring they feel supported and confident in their purchases.
- Set up and maintain event displays , ensuring that all materials are well-organized and attract customer interest.
- Track and report sales figures , providing feedback and insights to management to help improve customer engagement strategies.
- Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and develop sales techniques that align with company goals.
- Work collaboratively with the team , sharing best practices and contributing to group targets and performance objectives.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues ,
ensuring they leave with a positive experience that reflects well on the company.
Requirements :
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK ( unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas ).
- Must be available for full-time work, including weekends and evenings to fit event schedules.
- Must not have applied for any Imperial Consulting roles in the past 30 days.
- Understanding that we do not do digital marketing our focus is on in-person customer engagement and sales.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is advantageous but not required as we provide comprehensive training.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer service and sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Adaptable and willing to learn, with a commitment to ongoing development and training.
