guest focused Front of House Manager to join our incredible Front
of House team at Pan Pacific London.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Front of House Manager, you
will be responsible to lead our Reception, Concierge, Guest Relations, and
Service One teams. In this key role, you will ensure that every guest feels
welcomed and valued while inspiring your team to deliver personalized, luxury
service. Your leadership will enhance guest experiences, uphold our high
standards, and foster a collaborative atmosphere that reflects our commitment
to excellence. Your tasks as a Front of House Manager will include but not be
limited to :
Oversee the daily operations
of the Front of House, ensuring seamless service delivery and optimal staffing
through effective duty management.
Analyse guest feedback from
various platforms and implement strategic initiatives to elevate service
quality and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Manage the FOH division’s
budget, ensuring adherence to financial targets while maintaining high
standards of service and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Luxury
Quality Assurance (LQA) and Forbes standards through regular training and
rigorous evaluation of service delivery.
Establish and track key
performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance, financial efficiency,
and guest satisfaction metrics.
Promote effective
communication and collaboration among all hotel departments to align objectives
and enhance the guest experience.
