Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging Spanish lessons to students at various levels
- Design and implement a curriculum that aligns with the national standards
- Assess and evaluate student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and respect
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance teaching strategies
- Maintain accurate student records and provide feedback to parents and school administration
- Participate in meetings, professional development activities, and school events
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish or related field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching Spanish in a primary or secondary school setting
- Excellent knowledge of the Spanish language and culture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods and technology
