Our client, a prominent private equity fund specialising in the food services industry, is actively in search of a seasoned Investment Manager to lead deal processes.

- Lead deal execution process, including market analysis, financial due diligence, legal structuring, and negotiations
- Develop and review financial models
- Prepare investment memoranda and draft Term Sheets
- Monitor portfoliopanies and facilitate value creation initiatives
- Generate analyses and rmendations for investedpanies
- Produce periodic portfoliopanymentaries
Who we are looking for
- Experience leading deals within private equity. Ideally with exposure to the food industry
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills, capable of managingplex workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical capabilities and advanced financial and business modelling skills
- Effectivemunication and presentation skills,fortable engaging with senior management. Ability to work collaboratively
- Self-organised, self-motivated, action-oriented, and efficient
- Additional European languages are advantageous but not required
