Job description
I am delighted to share that I am partnering with a fantastic technology company based in the City of London, who are currently seeking a highly commercial and capable Learning and Development manager to join their organisation, reporting into the CPO.
This first hire in L&D; is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in and shape the entire L&D; function from a strategic as well operational perspective.
This role offers a rare change to build the L&D; function with the support of the wider HR team, with a competitive salary, excellent bonus and benefits, and hybrid working of 2 days each week in the City, as well as to join a forward thinking company who are continuing to scale and mature.
The role requires you to support the entire workforce with a particular focus on the technology teams, as well as marketing and other corporate functions to development skills, plug development gaps, analyse training needs and eventually also build a team.
Who you are
- Proven track record in a senior L&D; role within a growing technology business
- Proven track record in devising and delivering an L&D; strategy
- Extensive experience in training technical teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
- A genuine drive to deliver an exceptional learner experience
