Building on our recognition of 2024 Insurance Award's Commercial Lines Insurer of the Year, we're looking for an experienced Business Manager for this brand-new role.
As Business Manager, you'll support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and their leadership team achieve their business objectives.
You're used to working with a wide variety of stakeholders from front line operations team to senior leaders. You're focus will be giving executive level advice and driving interdepartmental collaboration.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, either at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you'll be doing :
- Ensure the COO leadership team are setup for success to achieve objectives & key results (OKRs).
- Work together effectively, through regular interactions and strategic working sessions.
- Confidently challenge and motivate COO leadership team, hold them accountable to deadlines and ensuring progress is made on agreed OKRs.
- Be a conduit to connect other AXA Commercial teams with the COO leadership teams, ensuring operational issues are resolved in a timely way.
- Make sure COO leadership team are fully prepared for key strategic meetings, discussions and presentations.
- Drive and take ownership of departmental engagement communications.
- Own and drive ad-hoc strategic projects, delivering immediate business value.
