11.50 per hour plus monthly service charge, typically 2,400 annually

Please note,





we are only looking to recruit Public Area Cleaners for night shifts and on a casual contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Prioritise areas according to usage times
- Report any faults to your supervisor or directly to maintenance
- Consistently deliver and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, room preparation and presentation throughout the estate, including deep cleaning exercises
- Restock and replace items in public areas and bathrooms, making sure our guests have everything they need when visiting or in advance of their stay
- Take pride in ensuring the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of all the public areas, reception and service areas are always achieved
- Interact with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations;

playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way

Vacuum bathrooms, bedroom floors, corridors, stairs, and lifts to remove all debris; checking the vacuum cleaner each week;

using the correct cleaning materials for each particular task
